At solutions 4 homes Our Mission is to: facilitate the provision of homes for vulnerable people / families with housing difficulties supporting and rebuilding families, communities and assisting to access employment.
We have a fully killed tenancy support worker to guide tenants through the process of moving in to a new home from setting up utility accounts to furnishing on a limited budget and developing life skills as well as support through the benefits systems.
We offer to the landlord, a flexible attitude and will generally adapt our service's to meet the clients individuals wants and needs.
We offer: Letting and full management, letting and rent collection, letting only.
