Tenants
We dedicate ourselves to finding you a suitable property that matches your requirements and is also within your price range.
We communicate any questions or queries you might have about your property between yourselves and our Landlords, so we can ensure both parties are happy.
We also promise to keep you up to date between applying for a property and moving into the property.
Landlords
If you are looking to rent out a property, we offer two services - Managed and Non-Managed:
Non Managed would be suitable if you just want your property advertised to find suitable tenants only.
We arrange the viewings (you can choose whether you want to do the viewings or not), take the fees, credit check possible tenants and set a moving date.
After the tenant is moved in, you deal with the rest.
We wouldn't recommend this option if your a first time landlord.
Managed
Most landlords choose this option as it is the most easiest and stress free.
This is also the best option if you own multiple properties.
We advertise your property over the internet and in the local newspaper.
We arrange the viewings, take the fees and make credit checks for possible tenants, organise all of the paperwork and set a moving date for the tenant.
We also resolve any issues between the tenants and landlords, we make sure everything goes smoothly between accepting a tenant and moving them in.
We then deal with taking the rent each month and we are the first point of contact if the tenant has any issues whilst living in your property.
The only time we would contact you is to give you the rent, if we had to check a query with you on the tenants behalf, or in case of an emergency.
