We have a variety of one, two and three bedroom houses and fully furnished apartments to rent in Milton Keynes and South Manchester.

Pricing: Tenant set-up costs are £100.00 including searches, credit checks and employee referencing, plus deposit and first months rent as cash, in advance. We do not charge VAT.
Landlord set-up costs including internet advertising on the four big portals, amongst others, plus our own website and local press are from £100.00.
Monthly management costs at 7.5%. We do not charge VAT.
